Teaching is one of the most noble professions in the world. Teachers are its strong pillars and stakeholders. We come across different kinds of teachers. Some are born teachers, some are passionate about teaching and some take up this profession by chance. The future of our children are in the hands of these professionals. I firmly believe that teachers should be made by choice not by chance.
We at Shalom work for satisfaction and not for success because success makes masters but satisfaction produces legends.
It is an endeavor of Shalom to develop new leadership strategies to handle the new generation mindset, the google generation. Our learning culture in the classroom includes developing a passion for learning which is both knowledge and skills, values and character, We believe in engaging a child using his head, heart and hand and not enraging a child.
We equip our children to be reasonable and not find reasons.
Every teacher of Shalom is proud of his/her profession.
They are persistent, positive and calm.
They are firm but not harsh.
They are interested in the children.
They are friendly but not friends with.
The success of an institution largely depends on the foresight of the leaders, proper planning of the scholastic and co-scholastic activities and its execution. A school with educational philosophy and mission which is transparent and understood by every teacher and student is a boon to society.
We, the teachers and the management of the school are ever ready to help you acquire various skills, take you outside the four walls of the classroom, much beyond the textbooks into a larger world of imaginations and dreams.
For the smart students of the school, the sky is the limit. As we say, knowledge is power. You should not miss any opportunity to acquire knowledge. More knowledge will make you more dynamic. We will be able to have a generation that is knowledgeable, tolerant, eco-friendly and socially useful.
The intellectual ability and emotional stability make each Shalomite firmly rooted. No calamity will be able to shatter or wither away their leaves of courage and confidence.
Our motto is intellectual information with value-based education.
